Georgie Lord-Wilson

Starting in the industry with Hudson as a recruitment consultant in 2004, Georgie recruited across both temp Government and perm Professional Services. Following Hudson, Georgie spent 4.5 years with Entity Solutions, working from a Sales Consultant role to managing the Sydney business. Providing advice and services across Contractor Management, payroll, migration and recruitment start-up, she then took the leap to the other side, contracting with the NSW Government in the procurement of their white-collar contract workforce.

She then moved back in to contractor management with Hallis Recruitment, managing a workforce of up to 500 contractors across key clients. Contract roles with CBA in the retail banks workforce planning projects and with The HR Space, delivering key projects to major clients, followed until Georgie fell for the lure of a start-up. Working with FutureYou, Georgie’s responsibilities included liaising with the lawyers to create contract documentation, policy writing, ensuring that there was technology infrastructure, procurement of everything, vendor selection, tech implementation, sourcing of space, office fit-out, securing their SBS visa and monitoring compliance.
